Delivery Information
Delivery Time (UK Mainland)
All our orders are shipped using Fedex courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, depending on weight. Orders received before 1.30pm that have all stock items will be shipped the same day (goods despatched on Friday will be delivered Monday). For orders containing custom made, non-stock items please allow 3-5 working days.
Any orders to Mainland UK addresses over £100 excluding VAT are carriage paid (excluding the Scottish Highlands)
Orders under £100 excluding VAT to Mainland UK addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands) will incur a charge of £4.00.
If your delivery address is in the red area of the map below or outside the UK then please call us on 01530 838 879 and we can discuss shipping options.
Prices and timing of delivery outside mainland United Kingdom is dependent on your order. Please contact us if you are looking for shipment outside mainland United Kingdom, this includes Channel Islands, Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
We will ship internationally where possible. If you would like your order delivered to a non EU country then please call us to discuss shipping options.
FEDEX COURIER
Please be aware that Fedex can deliver as early as 8.30am and as late as 5pm. Someone must be at the place of delivery to accept goods and sign. Please also check at point of delivery if the parcel is in good condition. If the parcel(s) are damaged please put “arrived damaged” in signature area. We must be notified within 48hours of any damaged goods or items missing from consignments.
If it is not possible to check goods from within a parcel then please write ‘unchecked’ when signing for your goods.
If Fedex is unable to deliver they will leave a ‘attempted to deliver card’ and the consignment will be returned to local depot where you can either collect it yourself or they will attempt to deliver the next day.
ROYAL MAIL
Royal Mail First Class post will be used at our discretion.
Although standard delivery times for Royal Mail are not given it is mostly 2-3 working days. However, Royal Mail does not consider parcels to be lost or late until 15 days after despatch.
We must be notified within 48 hours of any damaged goods or items missing from consignments.
If it is not possible to check goods from within a parcel then please write ‘unchecked’ when signing for your goods.
